Charles R. Tucker is a practicing attorney with the Florida Bar since 1982, when he was brought onboard to the Ocala firm of George Stelogeannis, PA. This practice later became Stelogeannis and Tucker, a firm focusing exclusively on personal injury and worker’s compensation litigation. In 1995, Mr. Tucker opened his own practice, continuing to exclusively represent victims of serious personal injury and wrongful death, as well as the litigation of insurance coverage disputes. His firm represents clients throughout central Florida as well as other southeastern states.

Mr. Tucker is married and has two daughters.

Christopher Welch earned his Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Mississippi in 1996 and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the same in 1999.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar in May of 2000, Mr. Welch began practicing personal injury with his father at Welch & Welch before joining Tucker and Welch in 2004.

Mr. Welch is licensed in the state of Florida in civil litigation, as well as in the US Federal Court, Middle District.

Elaine H. Jones received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York in 2011. Ms. Jones then attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. Since graduating in 2014, Ms. Jones has focused her law practice on representing victims of personal injuries. Ms. Jones is licensed in all Florida State Courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

In her free time, Ms. Jones enjoys keeping fit, reading, traveling, listening to music, attending sporting events, boating, and spending time with her family, including her two dogs Chase and Flex.
